Little Cayman Landfill
The landfill is located on the south side of the island, next to the Power & Light Plant. Municipal waste is burned in a special air curtain burner. Metals and hazardous waste are separated and shipped to Grand Cayman for further processing.
Little Cayman Landfill Hours
- 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- 7am to 3pm Saturday

DEH Services
Please contact the Environmental Health Officer in Cayman Brac to request the following DEH services:-
- Inspection of property & food establishments.
- Inspection of locally slaughtered meat.
- Request for rat baiting.
- Sampling of water.
- Training courses in Food Safety & Cosmetology.
